Summary

Full technical statement of Orch-OR. Microtubule quantum vibrations (anharmonic, coherent, gigahertz) are "orchestrated" by synaptic inputs. When threshold is reached, objective reduction (self-collapse) occurs = a moment of conscious experience. Each OR = ~25–100 ms (matching EEG rhythms).
